This session combines the following open space proposals:

1. I would like to hold a work shop on how to catalyze a paradigm shift. We will discuss what circumstances are needed for society to change it’s paradigm from competitive to collaborative and how we as individuals or organizations can facilitate them.
2. How do you achieve change in a system which has stabilised around a belief which is near impossible to disrupt? Understanding and managing complexity using the Cynefin framework and SenseMaker Could easily sit within Marcus’ open space session.
