Open 2017 is taking place in the Richard Hoggart building at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Accessibility

The venue is fully accessible. Please let us know when you register if you will need any specific support on the day.

Catering

Refreshments and lunch will be provided. There are also several paid cafes in the building.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom will be available in the main conference hall.

Parking

There is no parking at Goldsmiths. We would strongly advise using public transport although you may find on-street parking in the surrounding area.

Programme

The full live programme is available at www.open.coop/prog. No printed programme will be provided as we will be scheduling sessions live as part of the Open Space, but we do have this PDF version of the programme if you’d like to print your own.

Recording

Open 2017 will be photographed and video recorded.

Registration

Registration will be open from 08:30 on both days.
Please bring a copy of your ticket confirmation either printed on electronically.

Smoking

Goldsmiths is a non-smoking venue. Please make your way to a designated smoking area outside the venue if you want to smoke.

Tickets on the door

We are unable to take payment for tickets at the venue. Please book a ticket from the tickets page and bring the confirmation with you to the event.

Goldsmiths is located in New Cross, South East London, just five miles from central London and with a variety of public transport links.
